About Bailey

Hi! My name is Bailey, and I'm a pre-med Biology student with a passion for helping others. Outside of school, I enjoy crafts, yoga, and hiking with my dog. I currently hold active CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) and RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certifications. I began my healthcare journey at 16, working in a dementia care unit for two years before expanding into behavioral health. Over the past two years as an RBT, I've worked in homes, clinics, schools, group homes, crisis homes, and community settings, supporting children and adults with a variety of needs. I currently provide in-home behavioral therapy and love being part of my clients' growth and success. I enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds and strive to create a safe, positive, and supportive environment. I bring kindness, patience, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping others to every family I work with.
