We can’t say enough wonderful things about Bailey. She is exceptionally kind and caring, and we couldn’t imagine anyone better suited to look after your little one. We hired her to care for our 3-month-old, and she has been a true blessing to our family. I was so nervous about the process of finding someone trustworthy, but from the moment we met for the interview, I knew she was the perfect fit and offered her the job on the spot. Her calm, caring energy and expertise in childcare have been such a comfort. If you have the chance to hire Bailey, don’t hesitate! Being away from my baby has been hard, but knowing he’s in her loving, attentive care has made it so much easier. Every time my husband or I come home, our baby greets us with big smiles and happy coos—a true testament to the warmth and care she provides. If we hadn’t needed to move unexpectedly, we would have loved to keep her with us for the long term.
