About Bailey

Hello, my name is Bailey :) I firmly believe early childhood is the most critical time period of a person's life. In fact, early childhood sets up the foundation for the rest of your life. I believe each child is capable of becoming the best version of themselves with the proper experiences, care, and opportunities that will allow them to thrive. On May 1, 2021, I obtained a Bachelor of Science with a major in Early Childhood Education degree. I am educated on the developmentally and culturally appropriate practices for young children, in addition to having an understanding that each child is their own unique being with their own learning styles and developmental abilities. Thus, I am educated on meeting each child where they are and accommodating them in the way that they need. I have a 5-year-old son myself and completed the ECE program with a 4. 0! I currently nanny in the early mornings and am starting to look for additional work once my son starts kindergarten in the fall!
