About Bailey

My name is Bailey, and I am currently looking for a long-term, full-time nanny or babysitting position with a family I can truly support and grow with. Caring for children has always been one of the biggest joys in my life, and I love creating an environment where kids feel safe, encouraged, active, and loved. I have over 10 years of babysitting experience and spent 8 summers working as a camp counselor at overnight Christian camps. During that time, I also babysat year-round for families and served consistently in children's ministry at my church, including completing a year-long internship working with children and families. These experiences helped strengthen my leadership, communication, patience, and ability to care for children of many different ages and personalities. I am CPR certified, graduated from Ball State University, and currently work at the health department as a nutritionist specializing in children's and maternal health !
