Hello, I'm Bailey! With a strong background in early childhood and special education, I bring both professional expertise and a genuine love for supporting young children's growth. In my current role as a Lead Early Childhood Educator, I design developmentally appropriate experiences for children as young as 2 months old, support social-emotional development, and partner closely with families to ensure consistency across environments.
