About Bailee

Hello! I have always loved and had admiration for children! I grew up in an environment where I was around a lot of little kids which included extended family and their children and would often help play with or take care of them on occasions. I often would even take care of kids through high school including taking classes in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, and would even help take care of the kids in my high school daycare for the class. I've been working as an infant teacher for almost a full year. I started out as an intern for 3 months, and officially got hired on to be a 12-18 months infant teacher at the end of January. Skilled in lesson planning, communication, and conflict resolution, scheduled routines, fostering a nurturing environment for children. Certified in Adult, Child and Baby First Aid/CPR/AED, as well as committed to promoting safety and well-being in childcare settings.
