About Bailee

Caring for infants has been a lifelong passion of mine. From age 11, I had dreamed of becoming a neonatal nurse practitioner helping babies in the NICU, and I followed that path through college. Along the way, I realized what fulfilled me most was caring for infants in a more hands-on, consistent role while also supporting parents as they navigate a new world. I pride myself on being professional yet nurturing, responsible yet warm and charismatic. My goal is not only to care for your little one, but to become someone you feel completely comfortable relying on. Through college, I spent years working in restaurants as a manager, consistently overseeing 40+ employees, training staff, and managing day-to-day operations. That experience shaped my strong work ethic, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to remain calm and dependable in fast-paced environments. It is a great honor to be so highly trusted by past families and being able to make a difference in your lives.
