About Bailea

Hello! I'm Bailea, a nanny of 8 years and about to be a first time mother, I am looking for a position to allow me to bring my son. My love for children started when I was pretty young. Needless to say, I was the baby loving girl who most of my family would call upon for last minute baby sitting or to hangout with the kids at yet another family function. From there, my mother worked in daycares while I reached middle and high school. I would often accompany her on vacation days where I would essentially "volunteer" by helping out with the kiddos, playing, setting up for meals and naps. Throughout the years after graduating high school I tried different jobs with never finding the right fit. That's until I got my first long term/full time nanny job. I was 20yrs old and fell in love with it. Everything about spending the day taking care, teaching (play based learning), playing and picking up after these kids was exhausting but so rewarding.
