Hi. My name is Babs and I'm a very active, devoted, hardworking caregiver and I have dedicated my life to nurturing, developing and showing love, patience and compassion to the children and Seniors that have been in my care. I have over 20 years experience caring for children (besides my own children and grandchildren) and 15 years caring for Seniors. My jobs as nanny have included a family for 5 years caring for 3 children, 8 years with 2 children, 6 years with 3 children, and others. They range from newborn to 15 years of age. My responsibilities over the years have included complete care of newborns, transporting children to activities, outside play, reading books, doing arts and crafts, assisting with homework when needed, meal preparation, baths and putting to bed. Laundry and light housekeeping were not always required, but I helped families when time allowed. I have excellent recent references and recommendations upon request. Babs is part of our family, taking care of our little ones for the last four years. I could not ask for a better person to love on our three kiddos. She became part of our family when the twins were just a year old in 2013. Babs is has been so amazing with them, helping us raise them by playing with them, reading to them, holding them, loving them. When we added a third little one to our crew two years ago, she gave the same amount of love & care to her as well. The twins started Pre-K this month & our two year old needs to go to daycare for social interaction since her brother & sister aren't home during the day anymore. Having to say goodbye to Babs is one of the hardest goodbyes ever for our family as she wasn't just a nanny, she has been the grandma they've never had. Even though she won't be there everyday wiping little noses, she will always be part of our family & our lives. Babs has been a blessing to us & will be for her next family.
