About Aysia

I'm a 20-year-old caregiver with hands-on experience working with newborns and infants as an Infant Teacher at a Montessori school. In my role, I care for babies throughout the day by feeding, diapering, soothing, and supporting their early development in a safe and nurturing environment. I'm very attentive to each child's needs and routines, and I understand how important consistency, patience, and gentle care are during the newborn stage. I also have experience babysitting my students outside of school, which has helped me build strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents. I'm comfortable handling multiple infants, following feeding and sleep schedules, and creating a calm, loving space where babies can grow and feel secure. I truly enjoy working with newborns and take pride in being reliable, caring, and supportive to families during such an important time. My goal is always to provide safe, loving, and attentive care while giving parents peace of mind.
