I have 4 years of volunteer experience. 1. 5 years of paid experience (VPK teacher and camp counselor). I've worked with kids from 2-17 years old. I always try to encourage healthy conversations and communication from Children. I have a bearded dragon (hence dragon tamer) that I show everybody and share fun facts about. With all my experience I've learned to make things fun yet educational, or spark conversations based on whatever the day throws at you. Especially knowing kids will be kids, so it's up to the adults to help guide them while allowing them to make a few mistakes along the way, have them problem solve.
