About Ayleigha

I'd describe my personality as firm, nurturing, and respectful. I enjoy working with kids because they help me develop and learn more about feelings just learning and getting to know them. I can teach them what I know while they open me up to understand their feelings, interests, and experiences. I started working with kids when I was 16 at a childcare center. I then went to a technical school and joined the early education program for two years and earned my CDA portfolio. The school consisted of learning about children by book and enforcing my knowledge in their childcare center. In my spare time, I like to go to work at my first job, color, broaden my horizons to music, and more! One thing you should know about me is that I have an outgoing personality. I'm not shy nor am I quiet but I am very respectful and patient. I have great listening skills and communication skills. My skills include safety & health, child development knowledge, and behavioral guidance.
