About Ayla

Unlocking a student's unique potential through personalized support is the cornerstone of my teaching philosophy. With a background in graduate studies, I specialize in helping elementary and middle school students master English, Science, History, and Music & Drama. I create an engaging, patient environment by actively observing how each student interacts with new material and maintaining open communication to tailor my methods. When concepts become challenging, I break them down into manageable steps and celebrate small victories to build momentum. I believe consistent dialogue with parents is essential to foster a collaborative, trusting relationship. Nothing is more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student finally grasps a difficult concept and gains newfound confidence. I am ready to support your student's growth, whether we meet online, at school, or in a local community space, and I look forward to helping them thrive.
