About Ayla

Hi! I'm Ayla, I'm 25 years old and born and raised in Hawaii. I currently live in Kailua and work full-time as a Project Manager in the hospitality industry. In my free time, I love babysitting and getting to know new families in the community. I absolutely love kids and have nearly 10 years of babysitting experience, caring for children from newborns through teens. I'm active, reliable, and down-to-earth, and I love keeping kids engaged through games, creativity, outdoor activities, and plenty of fun away from screens. My goal is always to create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment where kids can be themselves and have a great time. I'm available for occasional babysitting, date nights, and weeknight or weekend help. I'd love to connect with a kind, welcoming family and hopefully become someone you can rely on!
