About Ayla

Hi, I'm Ayla! I'm a compassionate, dependable caregiver with seven years of experience in babysitting, summer camp counseling, and swim instruction. I love helping children learn, build confidence, and have fun! I'm a sophomore studying psychology. I have experience working in autism behavioral care, and am able to accommodate to disabilities or developmental differences by adapting my care to each child's unique individual needs, strengths, and abilities. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children of various ages. I have CPR and first aid training and am a skilled swimmer who would love to help your children develop their swimming skills. I'm happy to help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and creative activities. I value open communication, respect your family's routines and household rules, and will keep you updated in your preferred way.
