Hi! My name is Ayla. I grew up babysitting for family friends and neighbors, and over time that turned into nannying experience as well. I truly enjoy building connections with kids and creating a fun, safe, and supportive environment for them. I'm currently work at a daycare. This has given me hands-on experience with children of different ages, helping with everything from playtime and learning activities to routines and behavior management. I've learned how to stay patient, organized, and attentive while making sure kids feel comfortable and cared for. I will no longer be working at the daycare due to changing of colleges!! January of 2027 I will be going to NIU, however will still be available and looking for a long term family. Until then I will have open availability fully for the next couple of months. Ayla was wonderful! She stepped in at the last minute to cover for our usual nanny, and we were a little nervous about how our 9-month-old would do with someone new since she is only used to us and our nanny. Our daughter took to Ayla quickly, which was such a relief. Ayla was punctual, communicated promptly, and was very thoughtful and respectful in our home. She also helped with a few household tasks, which was especially nice. She was very sweet and kind with our daughter - we would definitely hire her again!
