While Ayelen was very responsive in the beginning, she ended up canceling five hours before she was supposed to babysit. We were visiting from out of town so this left us with no alternative. I understand that emergencies come up, but there was no attempt at trying to help to rectify the situation (e.g. perhaps provide a person who might be able to step in for her). It left me in a very tight predicament. Think this is a flaw of care.com - there is no back-up or consequences.
