Ayelen was hired to provide full time in-home care for our young son (12-18 months during the duration of her employment) and do light house chores. Over the past 6 months she has been an exceptional employee with being punctual, presentable, reliable, and flexible. She is kind, soft-spoken, polite, and hardworking. My son loved her from day one. She is mostly Spanish speaking. This has not posed a problem for me, as google translate makes conversations EXTREMELY easy. I actually saw this as a benefit for my son to become familiarized with an additional language. With that being said, she is actively working on learning English. The plan all along was to start by child in Montessori at 18 months, and the time has come. We are so sad to say goodbye to Ayelen as she has not only been an employee, but has become part of our family in such a short time. Our family highly recommends her!
