Ayda was hired for a recurring Saturday job. She came 2 Saturdays (showed up late), then did a no call no show. She called 2 hours after the job was supposed to start saying that she overslept. Apologized profusely and asked for a 2nd chance. We gave it to her. The next week she did the same thing. No call/no show. We really wanted this to work out, but she is just not responsible, not communicative, and shows up late
