Hi, I'm Ayanna! I'm 20 years old, and I've been working in childcare for 5 years. I'm certified with my 10-hour Child Development Training, and I truly love helping little ones learn, grow, and feel safe. I bring patience, energy, and a big heart to every family I work with -- your babies are in good hands with me! Personality: Calm, loving, and responsible. Why I love childcare: Kids are real, funny, and full of personality. I love helping them learn new things, build confidence, and feel supported. What I'm looking for: A stable, respectful family I can build trust with. My experience: I started working with kids at 15 and became the go-to babysitter for all my big sister's friends.
