Ayanna worked with our 4 month old baby for a little over a month. She was prompt and flexible. We needed someone to start @7:30am. She showed up everyday on time. She communicated with us about our child throughout the day. She was open to feedback on how we liked our baby cared for. She was flexible with us when we needed her to come in at a different time. When the weather permitted she would take the baby outdoors. If we needed some for babysitting for date nights we would definitely call her.
