Hello everyone! My name is Ayana and I am currently a graduate student studying school psychology at the University of South Florida. I obtained by undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of Central Florida in August of 2025. I have a plethora of experiences working with children! My first experience was as a daycare teacher with children ranging from 2-3 years old from August of 2023 to March of 2024. I left that role to become a substitute teacher in grades K-12 from March 2024 to August of 2025. During the summer of 2024 and 2025 I was a recreation leader with the City of Sanford. In this role I earned my emergency certification. I currently work in two elementary school settings as a practicum student and facilitator of emotional regulation curriculum. I feel that these experiences have given me a wide range of skills and look forward to an opportunity to work with a family soon :)
