About Ayana

Hi families, I'm Ayana and I'm so excited to be working with you and your child(ren). I have experience with taking care of children, babysitting my 7 younger siblings and babysat family friends kids as my summer job in high school. Working with kindness, compassion, and understanding is the basis of having a good healthy relationship and environment for your child(ren). I am a college student (first year at CCSU) and unfortunately I don't have a car but have a reliable way of transportation. I'm excited to build a safe, fun, professional environment for your family. Thank you. I'd describe my personality as loving, goofy, and a safe space. I like working with kids because kids are joyful, bright, and curious little human beings. I'm looking for a job that provides a reasonable work schedule that doesn't get in the way of school. My skills include emotional communication, patience, and engagement through creativity.
