Hello, My name is Avni and I am a college graduate with a B. A. in English and a minor in Psychology. I am currently working towards a degree to become a Nurse Practitioner, after leaving a career in Tech Consulting. I love children and have been a nanny and babysitter for children ranging from newborns to teens, including kids with special needs, all throughout HS/college and in between career changes. I have a ton of experience and references. I also was an assistant dance teacher for children ages 3 and up. I have a lot of energy and experience with chaos! I am very hands on and I love arts and crafts and coming up with activities to make even bed/bath time fun! Patience is very important when it comes to children so good thing I have a lot of it. I am great at helping with homework and learning activities. Basically, I can help out with whatever you need and I am quick on my feet!

Avni was an answered prayer to our family! From the moment she starting caring for our children we felt immediately comfortable. Her presence was non intrusive and she was easy to be around as we worked from home, the kids absolutely loved her and she was very professional. She has years of qualified experience and it shows - she was bringing ideas to us and guiding us on what she recommended our son advance to or what skills he should be working on next. Her communication in general was exceptional. Other positives are she was on time and the very few times she was running a few minutes behind she was communicating that ahead of time so we were in the loop. Avni is trustworthy and will take great care of the children she’s responsible for. We’re so lucky to have worked with her!
