Hi, I'm a single-dad looking to find some work on the side -and thought this would be a great way to pass the time and help folks and their furry kids out. *At this time I'm unable to offer boarding due to my landlord prohibiting it. My experience and qualifications: I. Recently passed: A. Red Cross' Cat and Dog First Aid course B. Care's criminal/driving record checks II. 15+ years pet sitting for cats and dogs III. 20+ years living with: (2) Akitas, (1) Husky, (2) Ger. Shep. mixes (1) Maine Coon, (1) Tabbie IV. Experienced in prepping and giving meds to both dogs and cats; bathing and brushing dogs I work remotely and have a somewhat flexible schedule during the day and am free evenings during the week and in large chunks on the weekend (except when I'm spending time with my son, he always comes first). I'd like to talk and find out what kind of help you're looking for!

Although Avi recently took care of our dog and cat while we were gone for a week, he's been our pet sitter for a while (which included a feisty gecko!) When we came home, both animals were so happy to see us but also sad to see Avi go. In the amount of time my husband and I witnessed him interacting with our beloved pets, he was very sweet and warm toward them. Even when our dog was initially barking protectively, Avi took his time, went slow, and gave positive reinforcement the whole time to gain trust. We love that we know we can count on Avi to keep their routines and keep them happy and cared for when we go away for any length of time!
