About Avery

My name is Avery, a 27-year-old professional from Eastern Pennsylvania who has settled in North Carolina since June of last year. Being a collegiate athlete, I competed in field hockey at the Division One and Two levels. I hold a Master's of Education degree in the Art of Teaching. I transitioned from a full-time position in an educational school setting a few months ago and am currently exploring new career opportunities while seeking engagements to fill my schedule. I served as an MTSS Interventionist focusing on Reading and Writing while fulfilling the role of an EC Teacher Assistant at a public charter school. My passion for creating enriching environments extends beyond the classroom, as I have experience caring for children of various ages, including managing multiple children at once. I am committed to creating enjoyable, rewarding, and engaging surroundings for children. As an enthusiastic and responsible individual, I look forward to meeting you and your children :-)
