About Avery

As a recent honors graduate from Canyon Crest Academy with a 4. 15 weighted GPA, I pride myself on being responsible, dependable, and committed. I have had two years of paid pet care experience and three years of experience volunteering with Paws4Thought, an animal rescue organization. Through these opportunities, I have helped care for rescue animals, supported adoption events, and worked with pets of all ages, sizes, energy levels, and personalities. This experience has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, safety, and gentle handling. I treat every pet as if they were my own, whether that involves managing the needs of a high-energy breed, providing extra care for senior pets, or working with pets who may need more patience. I understand that pets are family, and I truly look forward to meeting your furry friends and welcoming them into my care!
