About Avery

I recently graduated from A&M university- Central Texas with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. I plan to own a childcare service of my own one day. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, compassionate & friendly. I enjoy working with kids because they motivate & inspire me. I love being around their uplifting, energizing & innocent selves. I'm looking for a job that I genuinely enjoy, learn & grow from. I want to gain a better understanding of those around me & become an even better leader. I started working with kids when I was 15. I was a student teacher for 2 yrs., an after school child care aid for 2 yrs., & an assistant director for 1 yr. In my spare time, I like to cook, create, be out in nature & learn about topics that intrigue me. One thing you should know about me is I am a sweet, genuine soul. I have kid-like energy & I want to be the best I can be. My skills include being a dedicated leader, motivator & interpersonal communication skills.
