About Avery

Hi! I'm Avery, a University of Utah student studying Psychology and Criminology with a minor in Human Development. I've been working with children since I was 9 years old, starting as the neighborhood babysitter. Since then, I've cared for children from infants to 16 years old and have loved building lasting relationships with the families I work with. I also worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at the VA, where I gained valuable experience caring for seniors. Although I stepped away because of my school schedule, I still maintain my CNA certification, and that experience strengthened my caregiving skills, professionalism, and ability to stay calm in any situation.
