About Avery

I'd describe my personality as patient, empathetic, and adaptable. I like working with kids because it is where my passion is. I am currently pursuing a major in Elementary Education. I care about not only teaching kids and preparing them for the future, but also being a friend when they need one. I'm looking for a job that is flexible with my Track and Field Schedule. I started working with kids when 15 years old. In my spare time, I like to participate on the University track and field team. One thing you should know about me is that I truly do love children and playing with them. Whether it is playing a board game or running around outside, I love engaging with the child/children. My skills include being able to follow specific instructions, adapting to the child's needs, and making the child feel as comfortable as possible.
