Hi, I'm Averie. I'm a mother to an almost 8-year-old son, a certified personal trainer since 2023, and a CrossFit Level 1 coach since 2024, based in Woodstock/Kingston. I coach group classes and work privately with clients on strength, balance, and fall prevention, helping older adults stay confident and independent at home. Both of my parents are nurses, so I grew up understanding dignity and compassionate care. I'm First Aid and CPR certified, calm, dependable, and attentive. I've supported my community by cooking meals for neighbors who couldn't cook and driving them to doctor's appointments. I provide companionship, mobility support, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation. I'm currently exploring Home Health Aide training and looking for flexible work due to caring for my son.
