We posted a job in desperation for a last minute babysitter for our boys and Ava was responsive and although the plans fell into place literally last minute she still showed up and learned about our boys within 30 minutes of us leaving and did a phenomenal job being there for a 9 hour job! She always kept me up to speed if there was any shoes and was willing to troubleshoot anything from her end to make sure that we didn't have to return home absolutely necessary. The boys clicked with her personality very well which made the transition even easier. I've already hired her for the next time we need her
