About Ava

I've always loved working with kids and being able to watch them learn, grow, and become their own little person. I have experience both babysitting and working in childcare, and one of my favorite parts of what I do is building genuine connections with the kids I care for and making sure they feel comfortable, happy, and supported. I'm patient, caring, responsible, and creative, and I love keeping kids busy with things like arts and crafts, outdoor activities, games, puzzles, and other fun activities instead of just sitting in front of a screen. I'm CPR, First Aid and AED certified, comfortable with swimming supervision, and happy to help with meals, cleaning, and keeping things organized while I'm there. I also understand that every family has their own routine and rules, so I am respectful of how parents want things done and will communicate with you however you perfer. I am most comfortable caring for 3 children, ages 6 months up to 5!
