About Ava

Hello! My name is Ava. I'm a graduate of West Virginia University (December 2024) with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing and Event Planning. Since graduating, I've been working locally at the Morgantown Area Partnership in a Marketing & Communications role. I'm currently looking to step back from my full-time professional career to focus on part-time freelancing, while also getting back into babysitting and caregiving for families here in Morgantown. I bring a positive, energetic presence and aim to provide a safe, stable, and supportive environment for your children. I have childcare experience on and off over the past several years, including during the Summer of 2021 when I cared for three foster children (all male, ages 4-13). I also worked with an 8-year-old child with special needs, which strengthened my patience, adaptability, and ability to respond to individual needs with care and attentiveness.
