About Ava

I think three words to describe my personality would be loyal, honest and enthusiastic! I like working with kids because I love watching them grow!! I'm looking for a job that brings me joy and children who are fun to work with.! I started working with kids in November of 2023! I've been a teacher aide, co teacher and head teacher! In my spare time, I like to spend time working out, reading, hiking, and relaxing! One thing you should know about me is that I will believe the absolute best of your child and I'm a huge supporter of making sure they feel heard! Some skills would include being a great listener. Big feelings are hard to explain at such a young age, and I want to help them process that. I'd also say communication, ensuring the kids can understand me, in terms they can relate to is so important! Lastly, I would say teaching is a huge skill of mine! Learning can start so young, whether that's just matching colors, or sounding out letters and learning to read.
