About Ava

Hello Oregon Family!! My name is Ava, I live in Happy Valley and teach preschool Mon-Fri! I am seeking additional work and would LOVE a consistent (weekly/biweekly) opportunity but am open to date-nights as well! I have over 5 years of paid childcare experience through summer camps, the, Portland preschools, as well as years of full-time work as a nanny (5mo-2y). I have active CPR, First Aid, Food Handling certifications, an Associates (& still going) of Arts in Early Ed. I also have completed all state coursework (ORO) in compliance with Oregon's childcare laws and regulations. Additionally, Safe Sleep for Babies & Infants coursework as well as Administering Medication and Emergency Medication! I work best with kiddos 06mo-6y and enjoy the outdoors but LOVE arts and crafts!
