About Ava

I am a current 2nd year college student studying psychology. I plan to go into child developmental psychology. I have younger siblings who I have cared for most of my life I also have experience periodically babysitting for other families. I have developed patience through my younger siblings that I bring with me when caring for other children ensuring a safe and calm environment. I understand the importance of keeping parents informed about their child's day and make it a point to communicate through the parent's preferred method. When it comes to enforcing household rules I am very comfortable taking on this responsibility. I believe that consistency and structure are essential for children's development, and I work with parents to ensure that their rules are respected and followed.
