About Ava Louise

My name is Ava and I am an oldest child of 4 with many years of babysitting/nanny experience! I have cared for children of many ages, and I like creating a fun and comfortable environment where kids feel supported and encouraged. I have experience with every day childcare responsibilities like preparing meals and snacks, helping with routines, playing/doing activities, getting children ready for outings, and keeping spaces tidy. I am comfortable following the parent's schedules and instructions making sure that every rule is followed. I am very patient, attentive and understand how important it is for the parents to feel comfortable and confident when their child is being supervised. I genuinely love spending time with kids and getting to know them and their personalities and interests! I like working with kids because I have younger siblings ranging from 16 to 6 years old and have been working as a babysitter since I was old enough to watch my siblings!
