About Ava

Bringing joy and care to kids has always come naturally to me. For the past three years, I've had the opportunity to work with children of all ages, from toddlers to pre-teens, and I've genuinely loved every part of it. I enjoy creating a fun environment through outdoor play, puzzles, crafts, and age-appropriate educational activities. I'm easygoing, dependable, and always make an effort to follow each family's routines, rules, and communication style so things run smoothly. I also have experience working with children with special needs. I am very patient, understanding, and try to adapt to each child's individual needs. I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology, am CPR and First Aid certified, and have a strong background working with children. Safety and responsibility are always a top priority for me. My goal is to support your family and provide your children with a safe, and happy environment where they feel comfortable and cared for.
