About Ava

I have experience working in elementary schools with special needs children and it was my favorite job. Getting to be a part of a child's growth in communication, friendship, life skills, and regulation was amazing to watch. I have a passion to help kids grow up unique and true to themselves and in all have the best outlook in life! I'm looking for a job that provides me as much support as I provide them. Having someone come into your family can be difficult and I would love to work in an environment where the village can come together in the common turf of making sure the babies are loved! I like to paint, draw, thrift, shop, go get coffee, tan, swim, and fashion and beauty. I was raised in a large family of all women including all of my cousins which is where I became big on family. I am very big on patience and understanding that kids are literally just kids, and I love emphasizing imagination as I believe this digital world has kind of take that away from younger generations!
