I would describe myself as warm, patient, and intentional. I love working with children because of the joy and authenticity they bring to each day. Supporting their growth while creating a safe, structured, and positive environment is incredibly fulfilling to me. I began paid childcare at age 12 and have 7 years of experience working with children, including 1. 5 years in a consistent professional nanny role. I take my role seriously and prioritize safety, clear communication, and reliability. My strengths include creating developmentally appropriate routines and activities, providing positive behavior guidance and emotional support, and maintaining strong parent collaboration. In my spare time, I enjoy staying active, spending time outdoors, connecting with others, and continuing to learn about child development.
