About Ava

Hi! I have 7 years of babysitting, I started when I was 12 years old. I love children and have a younger sister myself who is 9 years old! I'm studying psychology (child development) and neuroscience at Lake Forest College and play soccer there as well. As a babysitter, I understand the importance of creating a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive. My experience includes babysitting for 2 girls (grades kindergarten and 2nd) when I was 12-15 and also caring for 2 siblings (an infant and toddler) throughout high school. I am currently home from college, waiting to study abroad and hoping to make some extra money for the upcoming semester. In college I happily watched a 4-year-old boy and his sister who is 7, an infant who was 16 weeks, and occasionally a 2-year-old. I have plenty of experience and enjoy working with kids!
