Ava has been a FANTASTIC caregiver for our 2 children (3 years old and 3 months old). We've been working with her as a parents helper (50% household chores, 50% childcare) several days a week and plan to start babysitting with her soon. Her previous years of experience really shines through, as she knows developmentally-appropriate ways to engage with both infants and toddlers to keep them having fun in a safe way. Professionally, Ava is is a great communicator, always arrives early, and always leaves her phone in her purse. I'm so grateful for her and look forward to every day she visits our house - it gives me peace of mind to have a kind & trusted caregiver like Ava!
