About Ava

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, creative, and kind. I have always loved working with kids because I believe there's so much they are able to teach me. They're so passionate about what they do and what they believe in and I find it very inspiring. I've worked kids for as long as I can remember. I grew up in a large family which involved many children to come after me. I have dozens of cousins and because I'm on the older end of them, I found myself taking on the caregiver-type role. I believe I officially started babysitting when I was around 13/14, at least that's probably when I started to get paid. I'm very interested in art-related activities. I like to encourage kids to bring out their creative sides, while keeping the house clean. ;) I find that these type of activities allow kids think while they're still able to have fun.
