About Ava

Born and raised in Austin , Ava will begin her Sophomore year at Trinity University in the Fall where she is working on a degree in psychology. As a freshman, Ava excelled in child and adolescent development courses. Her passion for mental health led to a university job as a wellness counselor where she educates fellow students on issues such as mental health, drugs and alcohol, sexual awareness and positive safe choices. Aside from being the vice president of her sorority, Ava also enjoys playing water polo, the piano and writing short stories in her spare time. Ava has had much experience working with adolescents as she is a former Activity Lead at Generation SERVE where she planned and worked events for young children looking to engage in volunteerism. Recently re-certified in CPR, Ava looks forward to helping you with your babysitting needs.
