About Ava

I'd describe my personality as reliable, patient, energetic. I am looking for an opportunity where I can make a meaningful and positive impact in the lives of the children I care for. I value a supportive and respectful work environment where open communication and encouraged. I started working with kids during my teenage years, initially as a babysitter, for family friends and neighbors. Throughout high school, I volunteered at my church's nursery and in a third grade classroom which was incredibly rewarding. In my spare time, I love spending time outdoors, whether it's going for hikes, playing sports, or simply taking a stroll. Additionally, I enjoy painting and listening to music. One thing you should know about me is that I bring a vibrant energy and sense of fun to everything I do. I believe in creating joyful experiences for children while also fostering their safety. My top three childcare skills are: creativity, patience, and communication.
