We had a smooth first session, but unfortunately ran into scheduling difficulties after that. She cancelled the second appointment the day of and cancelled the third about an hour before it was set to begin. She also let us know she could not return due to a family emergency. While we understand emergencies happen, the cancellation notices were too short for our family's schedule.
