About Ava

I am a Georgetown University student and I am deeply passionate about education and community service. Through my experiences tutoring and mentoring students of diverse ages and learning needs, I have learned that every student has the ability to succeed when given the right support, encouragement, and resources. I have worked in private tutoring, group mentorship, and community resource centers helping students aged 5-16 achieve success and academic development. My approach to tutoring is patient, individualized, and centered on building both academic confidence and a curiosity to learn more. Ultimately, I believe everyone has a right to an equitable education, and I am passionate about helping students recognize their own capacity to grow and succeed.
