About Ava

Hi! I have a true passion for working with children and enjoy creating a fun, safe, and positive environment for them to learn and grow. I am comfortable caring for children of all ages and have experience working with a wide variety of age groups and needs. I am currently a Preschool Manager at More Than Gymnastics, and I have also worked in special education preschool settings, elementary classrooms, and as a babysitter for multiple families. These experiences have helped me develop patience, creativity, and strong communication skills. My goal is to ensure that every child in my care is safe, happy, and engaged. I love planning fun activities while maintaining a structured and nurturing environment that gives parents peace of mind.
