About Ava

Hi! I am a responsible and experienced childcare provider with over two years of experience teaching abroad and working with children in a classroom setting. In addition to my teaching background, I have supported children through camps, Girl Scouts, and previous babysitting roles. I am comfortable managing multiple children, creating engaging activities, and maintaining structured routines. I'd describe my personality as creative, trustworthy, and positive. I like working with kids because they are true to themselves, funny, and I am always learning something new from them. I started working with kids when when I was in high school as a babysitter and a camp counselor for a local basketball camp. In my spare time, I like to paint, travel, and watch movies. My skills include time management, educational play/help, and safety.
